Early Release Days: • Frequency: Early release days will occur once per quarter, scheduled for the last school day of each grading period. • Release Time: Students will be released at 1:00 p.m. on early release days. • Notification: Parents will be notified in advance of all early release days and are responsible for arranging pick-up. • After-School Care: After-school care will not be available on early release days; parents must make alternative arrangements for students who cannot be picked up at the early dismissal time. |

Parent -Teacher Conferences • October 15th – March 15th : Twice a year, parents and teachers meet to celebrate progress, address challenges, and set goals. |
