At Air of Imagination (AOI), we are committed to serving our families with transparency and fairness. This policy outlines when and how refunds or returns may be issued for programs, uniforms, or purchases.
Program & Registration Fees
- All registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable.
- Program fees (such as arts, athletics, or special courses) are only refundable prior to the first session of the program.
- Once a program begins, no refunds will be issued unless the program is canceled by AOI.
Uniform Purchases
We want every student to feel confident in their uniform. Please review our return guidelines carefully.
•Uniforms may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of purchase if:
•Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
•Tags are still attached
•You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
•Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
•Customized or logo-printed uniforms are non-refundable unless defective.
Defective Items or Errors
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
•Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order
•We will gladly arrange a replacement or credit at no cost
Digital Products & Event Tickets
•Digital products (such as downloads or virtual classes) are non-refundable.
•Tickets for performances, showcases, or events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by AOI.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected things can happen. If your family is facing a hardship or special circumstance, please reach out to [email protected]. We will review your case with compassion and respond within 3–5 business days.
