At Air of Imagination (AOI), your child’s well-being is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing environment where every student can learn, grow, and thrive. Our health and safety protocols are grounded in excellence, responsibility, and faith-based care.
Daily Wellness Protocols
• Students and staff are monitored daily for signs of illness
•Children who are sick or show symptoms (fever, vomiting, rash, etc.) will be sent home and may return after 24 hours symptom-free without medication
•Parents will be notified immediately if a child becomes ill during the day
Cleanliness & Hygiene
•Classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned and sanitized daily
•Frequent hand-washing is practiced throughout the day
•Hand sanitizer is available in each classroom and entry area
•Toys and materials are disinfected regularly
Medication Administration
•AOI staff may only administer medication with a completed Medication Authorization Form
•All medications must be labeled and stored in the front office or designated medication cabinet
•No over-the-counter medicine will be given without written consent from a parent or guardian
Injury & Emergency Response
•Minor injuries (scrapes, bruises) are treated with care, and parents will receive a report
•For serious injuries or emergencies, we will contact parents immediately and call emergency services if needed
•All staff are trained in CPR and First Aid
Allergies & Medical Conditions
•Please notify AOI in writing of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions
•Allergy-safe snacks are encouraged; nut-free classrooms are enforced as needed
•Emergency care plans must be submitted for conditions such as asthma, seizures, etc.
Security & Access
•All visitors must check in at the front desk and present valid ID
•School doors remain locked during instructional hours
•Staff supervise drop-off and pick-up procedures daily for safety

We ask families to partner with us by:

•Reporting contagious illnesses immediately
•Providing updated emergency contact info
•Reinforcing healthy habits at home
