Air of Imagination Performing Academy & Arts (AOI) was founded on one simple belief: every child is created with God-given gifts and deserves the opportunity to discover them. We exist to help children throughout Broward and Miami-Dade Counties grow in faith, confidence, character, creativity, and leadership through meaningful enrichment experiences that prepare them for life.
At AOI, education is about developing the whole child. Every program is intentionally designed to build confidence, character, creativity, resilience, leadership, and faith so children are equipped to succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
AOI is more than an academy, we are a Christ-centered community where every child is seen, encouraged, challenged, and celebrated for who God created them to be. Here, passion meets purpose, friendships become family, and potential becomes possibility.

AOI is unapologetically Christian. Our faith is not a footnote — it is the foundation upon which every program, every relationship, and every decision is built. We believe the Bible is the living Word of God and that its principles provide the surest path to a life of meaning, excellence, and joy.
In our classrooms and studios, children learn that their talents are gifts from God — and that stewarding those gifts well is an act of worship. We create an environment where faith is celebrated, questions are welcomed, and every child is reminded of their infinite worth in the eyes of their Creator.

The Vision is Born
AOI is founded with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves a safe, faith-filled space to discover and develop their God-given gifts.
2024
First Programs Launch
Performing Arts and Life Skills programs open their doors in Broward County, welcoming the first cohort of AOI students and families.
2025
Expanding Our Reach
Athletics, Visual Arts, and Faith & Leadership Clubs are added, growing AOI into a full-spectrum enrichment academy serving Miami-Dade County.
2026
Step Up Partnership
AOI becomes an approved Step Up for Students provider, opening doors for more families to access quality enrichment regardless of financial circumstance.

First Home Campaign Launches
AOI announces its $75,000 First Home Campaign — a community-wide effort to secure AOI's first official home where every child can learn, create, and thrive.

As a mother of five, educator, and founder of Air of Imagination, Mrs. Pierre created AOI to be more than an academy — a Christ-centered environment where children discover their gifts, build confidence, strengthen their character, and grow into the leaders God created them to be.
